As we enter this sacred Atonement Season, I have prepared for you an incredible point of contact to seal God’s promise of the redeeming work of Christ in your life.

There are divine moments when a single promise seems to capture the very heart of God’s love for His people. Isaiah 1:18 is one of those extraordinary promises. With remarkable tenderness, the Lord invites us to come into His presence and hear words that have brought redeeming hope to generations of believers:

“Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow.”

That promise echoed throughout Israel’s history and found beautiful expression each year on God’s Feast, the celebration of The Day of Atonement.

As that sacred day approached, daily routines came to a halt. Families gathered with hearts turned toward the Lord. It was a time marked by reverence, reflection, gratitude and giving offerings to honor God for His covenant mercy. Across the land there was a quiet awareness that this was no ordinary day. It was the day set apart to remember God’s gracious provision for His people.

The Holiest Day of the Year

The High Priest prepared himself with great care before entering the Holy of Holies. He laid aside his ornate garments and clothed himself in simple white linen. Those white garments spoke of humility before God and reminded the people that holiness comes from the Lord alone.

On the Day of Atonement, the High Priest entered the Holy of Holies … carrying the blood of a sacrificed bull offered on behalf of the people of Israel, he reverently sprinkled the blood upon and before the mercy seat, the golden cover of the Ark. This solemn act made atonement for the sins of the nation, symbolizing God’s forgiveness and the cleansing of His people.

Then came the joyful moment. The High Priest emerged from the Holy of Holies. The people rejoiced in the faithfulness of God. The sound of celebration spread throughout the land because their sins had been forgiven. They were white as snow.

With this message, I am inviting you, Friend, to join me and our partners from the four corners of the earth to celebrate The Day of Atonement.

God’s commanded Feast Day Blessing is found in Deuteronomy 16:16-17, NIV: No one should appear before the LORD empty-handed. Each of you must bring a gift in proportion to the way the LORD your God has blessed you.

When God instructed His people, No one shall appear before Me empty-handed, He was inviting them into a sacred exchange of worship and blessing: YOU WILL NEVER LEAVE HIS PRESENCE EMPTY-HANDED!

He fills empty vessels with His abundance, meets every need according to His riches, and pours out blessings that cannot be measured…

He grants His peace to anxious hearts, His strength to weary souls, His wisdom for difficult decisions, and His provision in ways only He can orchestrate.

Friend, when you place your Atonement Offering into God’s hands, you are declaring that He is your Provider. And the God who receives your offering is the same God who promises to reward faithfulness. His blessings may come in unexpected ways and in His perfect timing, but His promise remains steadfast: those who honor Him will never find that His faithfulness leaves them empty-handed.

It is with this commanded blessing and promise that I invite you to join me by placing before the Lord your sacred 2026 Atonement Offering to believe God for His blessing and provision in your life.

Perhaps you have walked through difficult days this year. Perhaps you have faced uncertainty, disappointment, or unexpected challenges…

If you are facing lack, financial hardship, physical illness, infirmity, family heartbreaks, lost loved ones, wayward sons or daughters … no matter what your need … take comfort in knowing that God’s promises remain steadfast.

His mercy has not diminished. His faithfulness has not changed. His grace continues to sustain His children just as surely today as it has throughout every generation.

The same God who spoke through Isaiah still speaks His promises of provision and blessing to His people. The same Savior who gave His life for us continues to intercede for us. The same Holy Spirit continues to strengthen, comfort, and guide every believer, as we celebrate the Day of Atonement together.

As we do every year, when we bring our Atonement Offerings before the Lord we prepare our offering with the same reverence the High Priest prepared the Atonement Sacrifice. It was to be without spot or blemish. The best we can offer to God.

Make your Atonement offering a sacrifice that is pleasing to God … because you are giving your best. Just as the Jewish High Priest sacrificed the very best that all of Israel could offer, make your offering your very best.

Our Day of Atonement Celebration will begin with Rosh Hashanah, Friday, September 11, and will continue through 10 days of Awe until Yom Kippur, The Day of Atonement, Monday, September 21.

We will celebrate 10 days of Awe with praise, worship, and intercessory prayer, placing our gifts and offerings before the Lord in sacred celebration of God’s redemption, provision, and blessings upon our lives.
